Hunt Share offers the discerning investor a unique opportunity to invest in a self-sustaining, off-grid, hunting and agricultural farm in Namibia, managed by a team of experienced professionals.

Why Hunt Share

The hunting enthusiast often only visits a country as a tourist, never really being afforded the opportunity to own the game that they hunt and the ground that they hunt on. Furthermore, there is a growing demand for people that are looking for “safe havens” where they can potentially live in a remote, secure, and sustainable home.

Hunt Share brings all these facets together. Investors will own a share in a company giving them the option of just visiting the farm for a hunt, or potentially a much longer stay through the residency permits that the company provides them.

Solar grids will provide electricity and deep aquafers will provide pure drinking water. Small scale agricultural and aquaculture projects will ensure a year-round supply of meat products as well as fresh produce. A preppers paradise if you will. And yes, we are going to make a lot of seasoned preppers very jealous.

Why Namibia

Characterized by vast open spaces, breath-taking scenery & striking contrasts of ocean, desert & mountains, Namibia is a jewel in Africa.

This country of rolling dunes & swirling mists is so large & sparsely populated that it’s possible to discover enormous tracts of land that are free of roads, towns, trees & even people - nothing but the lonely desert wind passing through one of the most enchanting corners of the earth.

Namibia is among the safest and most stable countries in Africa and has a highly organized, conservation-focused hunting industry and a government that is very supportive of hunting tourism. Namibia boasts a diverse selection of game animals, including some species found nowhere else.

About 2.5 million people share the vast spaces of Namibia and the country has one of the lowest population densities in the world with 1.5 people per square kilometer. The capital, Windhoek, and coastal town Swakopmund contain German colonial-era buildings such as Windhoek's Christuskirche, built in 1907. In the north, Etosha National Park’s salt pan draws game including rhinos and giraffes.

The Team

The team consists of 6 highly professional individuals. Experience within the team ranges from mechanical, agriculture, administrative, health and safety, hospitality, project management and catering to name but a few.

All members are avid gun and hunting enthusiasts with a passion for the outdoors and creating sustainable off grid home steads. A conservative outlook on life coupled with an unwavering faith in our Creator forms the foundation for our organization.

The Model

Shareholding will be based in a Proprietary Limited company. As a citizen of Namibia, Jacques Shepperson will hold the majority shareholding of 51%, with the remaining 49% being equally divided up amongst the shareholders. A separate Managing company will be set up to manage the day-to-day affairs of the entity.

Several portfolios will be made available as potential investments and will be purchased outright by the investors. A monthly levy will be payable to ensure the upkeep of the property. Accommodation will be made available as part of the hunting packages, but investors will have the option of building freestanding homes.

Hunt Share will be run as a business, and therefore any profits generated through the sale of game and livestock will be reinvested into the company.
